• Anonymized player identifiers for leaderboard functionality.

• Unity Gaming Services, which includes:
  • Unity Cloud Save — stores gameplay-related data such as player progress, settings, and virtual currency. No personal information is saved.
  • Unity Leaderboards — displays top players using anonymized player IDs.
  • Unity Player Authentication — used for basic identity authentication within Unity services. No personal data is collected.

4. Purpose of Data Use

Data collected by third-party services is used for the following purposes:

• To enable and optimize the App’s core functionality;
• To process in-app purchases and sync player progress across sessions;
• To support leaderboard rankings;
• To display personalized or non-personalized ads;
• To analyze gameplay data and improve the user experience.

5. Data Storage and Protection

All data is stored securely on the servers of third-party providers (Google, Unity), using industry-standard safeguards including encryption and access control. The App itself does not store personal data or payment information on its own servers.

6. Age Restrictions

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or retain data from children. If you believe that a child has submitted personal data without parental consent, please contact us and we will remove the information if it exists.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The developer is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or policies of third-party services such as Google and Unity. By using the App, you agree to their respective terms and privacy practices.

8. Legal Compliance

The App aims to comply with applicable data protection laws, including:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — for users in the European Economic Area (EEA);
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for users in California, USA.

We respect users’ rights under these laws, such as the right to access, delete, or restrict the processing of data, to the extent technically applicable.

9. In-App Purchases and Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed via Google Play and are subject to Google’s refund policy: Google Play Refund Policy. The developer does not handle refunds directly.

10. Access to Device Features

The App does not request access to your device’s microphone, camera, contacts, location, or files. If such features are introduced in the future, users will be prompted for permission explicitly.

11. Data Retention

Game progress and related data stored via Unity Cloud Save are retained for the duration of your use of the App. Deleting the App does not automatically remove cloud data. Unity’s own retention policies apply.

12. Consent Withdrawal

You may opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings or via Google Ads Settings. This will not affect your access to the App, but may impact the relevance of ads shown.
